Partner with students from all over the world to understand a challenge a business if facing and work on a solution. Don’t wait for the future – create it!

Learn how to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and create products that address real challenges.
We offer events throughout the program for you to relax, connect with other Launchies, and have a bit of fun outside of your work.
From surfing and cooking to creative experiments, games, and social activities, there’s always something new to try and people to meet.
Learn to spot real opportunities before you fall in love with a solution. You'll run needs assessments, generate ideas through structured brainstorming, and apply strategic frameworks, from SWOT to Blue Ocean Strategy, to sharpen your problem statement.
Your first job as a founder is to really understand your customer. You'll apply the Jobs-to-Be-Done framework, plan and conduct real customer interviews, and stress-test your value proposition in a live Customer Discovery Simulation.
Turn your idea into something tangible. You'll explore MVP types and rapid prototyping tools: no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted, to bring your first proof-of-concept to life, setting you up to go deeper in Flagship.

Experience campus facilities, study spaces, student activities, and the energy of a major university.
Spend a few weeks on the U.C. San Diego campus. Experience college life and explore the surrounding areas, all while developing your business.

All programs are designed for high school students ages 14–18. The Online Startup Experience is also open to college-aged students (18–22).
