The Online Startup Experience Program is an 8-week program built to give you real world experience and deliverables.
We will place you as an intern in a real startup along with a cohort of like-minded youth from around the world.
The Online Summer Innovation Program gives you the chance to solve a real company's business problem.

We offer online events throughout the program for you to relax, connect with other Launchies, and have a bit of fun outside of your work.
From online games and creative challenges to virtual hangouts and social activities, there’s always something new to try and people to meet.
Our Partner, Ladder, will place you in a real startup based on your skill and experience.
Your startup partner will introduce the project to your team that you will work on for the 8-week duration.
Your team will work through the project to provide real value to the startup and allow you to walk away with real aspects to show in your portfolio.

All programs are designed for high school students ages 14–18. The Online Startup Experience is also open to college-aged students (18–22).
