We offer online events throughout the program for you to relax, connect with other Launchies, and have a bit of fun outside of your work.
From online games and creative challenges to virtual hangouts and social activities, there’s always something new to try and people to meet.
Step into the shoes of a consultant advising a real sponsor company, learning the 50,000-foot view of a business and what it takes to earn a client's trust before diving into the details.
Learn to separate primary from secondary research, then put it into practice: run needs assessments, conduct customer interviews, visualize what you find, and draw conclusions a client can act on.
Turn open-ended challenges into testable hypotheses. You'll build issue trees, apply the MECE principle, and craft "How Might We" questions to structure your thinking before jumping to solutions.
