About LaunchX: Empowering the Next Generation of Innovators

LaunchX was founded in 2012 by Laurie Stach with the first year of the summer program to be held in 2013.

In the fall of 2014, MIT invited Laurie and the Launch program to become part of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.Laurie and the team decided to leave the Trust Center and expand to additional universities to meet the growing demand for high school entrepreneurship education. Since then, LaunchX has grown to include our multiple on-campus, in-person Entrepreneurship Program, Online Entrepreneurship Program, Innovation Program, more condensed Bootcamp programs, AwardX Competition, and BeyondX Conference.

What remains the same is that LaunchX offers intensive programs where students start real companies or consult with real companies during our summer programs! Programs combine rigorous curriculum with hands-on experience, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets. Students collaborate in diverse teams, guided by experienced mentors, instructors, and industry experts!

Join us in guiding high school students from around the globe as they embark on entrepreneurial journeys. Your role as a mentor, speaker, or panelist is pivotal in shaping future innovators!
