Every year, the LaunchX team comes together to explore what went well during this year and everything that could be improved. Our focus is entirely on providing a better experience for future Launchies.
In 2025, we are introducing 2 brand new programs. The first is the Online BootCamp. This is a new experience built to help students start their entrepreneurial journey. We designed the program to go beyond the basics, taking our incredible experiential curriculum and helping students gain foundational knowledge and skills that will prepare them for the startup world.
If you missed the opportunity to join us during the Summer BootCamp Program, we will be offering it again this Fall.
We are also launching our Online Startup Experience powered by Ladder. Our new program will place high school and college-aged students in startups as interns to gain real experience during the 8-week program. This is a natural next step, especially for those who have completed our flagship Entrepreneurship Program or Innovation Program.
Our first Online Startup Experience Program will be offered Fall 2025.
We understand that getting decisions quickly is important to every applicant. We have been working with our Admissions Team, Financial Awards Team, and Communications Team to streamline the admissions process, so applicants can receive their admissions decision sooner.
We work incredibly hard to ensure that all applications get the time and attention they deserve to be reviewed. We have also developed new processes that make the process more equitable while still offering programs to students that we believe will help them succeed.
This is a foundational step in a journey that creates more opportunities for students while maintaining the high-quality programming that you know comes from LaunchX.
If you've applied to LaunchX before, you'll now have a completely new experience. We have worked over the last year to streamline our application to the essentials needed for making admissions decisions. Furthermore, we have developed a new system that is easier to navigate and allows you to complete your application more quickly.
In fact, if you applied this last year and are applying for the Fall, many of the fields will autopopulate with your previous application. You can, of course, always update the answers to reflect what is most currently true, but we hope that this will speed up the experience for you.
Along with our new application system, there is now a portal that puts you in control of your admissions decision. The new portal will allow you to track the progress of your application, complete forms such as the Financial Awards Application, schedule your interview, view your Financial Awards decision, sign your student agreement, pay your deposit, and settle your tuition.
We are so excited that students will have more transparency into their admissions decisions and have a single place to become a Launchie.
We are just getting started. As we are planning out the future of LaunchX, we cannot wait to share with you all that is in the pipeline to help youth entrepreneurs grow and develop – and ultimately make a positive impact in their community, city, and corner of the world.
