Filing a Domestic LLC (for profit company, first registered in Alaska) is a $250 initial filing fee, $100 annual fee, and may be submitted online. Expedited service is not available. Immediate turnaround, if filed online. An Initial Biennial Report or Initial Notification is required for domestic Corporations and Limited Liability Companies and must be filed within 6 months of the date of formation of the entity. Failure to file this report may result in involuntary dissolution. A Biennial report is required, along with the fee, every 2 years thereafter.
