Your data is not stored online...it is stored in an offline database (ACT!) that is password protected and only accessible to the LaunchX staff that is involved in communications.
We will add your information to our mailing list and send you information on a periodic basis. This information may include our newsletter, event announcements, new ebook announcements, free ebook deals, and course changes.
Finally, if you want to be removed from our mailing list, there is a link in every email you receive or you can send an email to remove@launchx.com from the address you want removed.
Auditing Policy
Because we know that LaunchX seminar education is a lot like drinking from a fire hose, as a paid attendee, you have the option to audit any future session of the same course (in any location) for 12 months from the date of your first attendance. We reserve a limited number of spaces in each course for auditors, so contact us using the information you received during your course to reserve your space.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellation and substitution policies vary among our courses due to the logistics involved in each course. Complete cancellation and substitution policies are included on the registration form for each course.
