How is the LaunchX System different from a franchise?
The LaunchX System is essentially the opposite of a franchise. Franchises tell you how to operate a specific business, but offer little guidance in planning, marketing, or financial management. How do I buy?
Click on the Products tab on the main menu on any page to be taken to the listing of products where you can add one to your cart and check out. You can also add each product to your cart from the pages describing the product and its features by clicking on a green Add to Cart button.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online, we accept VISA, Mastercard (both debit and credit) as well as payments through PayPal (which adds American Express, Discover, and your checking account to your payment options). Contact us at sales@LaunchX.com if you’d like to use a different payment method.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. We use Authorize.net as our primary payment gateway, and your credit card information is never in our possession. They have excellent security measures in place to keep your credit card information safe.
How can I tell that you received my order?
You will know we have received your order when you reach the "Invoice/Receipt" page which displays a unique number that is assigned to your order. You should print and keep this page. If you provide your email address at checkout, you will also get a confirmation eMail. If, at a later time you need to follow up on your order, it is most efficient if you can provide us with the specific order number for the order in question.
