This guarantee extends to the software included in the LaunchX Home Study course or included or purchased at a LaunchX Course. If you are stuck, puzzled, or can’t figure something out and have exhausted the standard support from the manufacturer, just contact us (info@launchx.com) and we will track down the answer for you!
Auditing Policy - Because we know that the LaunchX seminar training is a lot like drinking from a fire hose, as a paid attendee, you have the option to audit any future course (in any location) for 12 months from the date of the first course you attend. We reserve a limited number of spaces in each course for auditors, so contact us using the information you received during your course to reserve your space.

The fine print: The LaunchX Guarantee does not extend to certain industry-specific or operations issues, such as selecting suppliers, evaluating specific locations, writing specific SOPS, etc. Questions that can only be answered by a licensed professional are not included in the guarantee, however, we do point out when you need a professional.
